The General Conditions of this site regulate the contractual pact between the NGOD Sol sem Fronteiras and the user, whereby the latter must accept the conditions during the process of using the site and will thus be bound by the following clauses. Any breach of any of the clauses or any falsehood or error in the data transmitted by the user will exempt Sol sem Fronteiras from any responsibility and the latter will be free from any type of compensation.

The means of payment available are:

The User shall notify Sol sem Fronteiras by email (info@solsef.org) of any undue or fraudulent charges, within the shortest time possible, so that Sol sem Fronteiras can take the steps it deems appropriate.
The payment process runs on a secure server using the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted using 128-bit algorithms, which ensure that it is intelligible only to the user’s computer and to the website. In this way, using the SSL protocol ensures that between the user and the Sol sem Fronteiras server, data is transmitted encrypted, preventing its possible reading or manipulation by third parties.
Nevertheless, Sol sem Fronteiras does not have access to or store sensitive data regarding the payment method used by the User. Only the corresponding payment processor has access to such data to manage payments and collections.
